About Us
ACE Care Homes LLC (ACH), located in Cleveland, Ohio, has been providing veteran housing support since July of 2021. ACH serves as a vital link in the continuum of care, bridging the gap between rapid rehousing, homeless prevention services, permanent supportive housing, and emergency housing.
Founded with the mission to offer affordable housing options, ACH includes shared living arrangements and group home facilities that provide outsourced case-management services, meals, and transportation in a comprehensive transitional housing environment, ensuring veterans have access to sober living resources.
